Chief Legal & Governance Officer (Remote, WI)

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is seeking a Chief Legal Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Board. You will oversee Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources, guiding governance, regulatory risk management, and complex policy initiatives in a dynamic public-sector setting.
This executive role requires translating legal concepts into practical business guidance, coordinating with policymakers, supervising outside counsel, and advancing WEDC’s mission
