As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Columbia Distribution Center in West Columbia, SC. Chick-fil-A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A® restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation and we're looking for the best Team Members in our industry!

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7 AM to 5:30PM or until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Location: 424 12th Street Extension, West Columbia, SC 29172 Pay: Starting at $20.75/hour Benefits: On top of annual earnings, you will get an additional $22,000+ worth of benefits per year!

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You'll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• • Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
  • Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
