Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator- Contract to Hire SNI Companies Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to support reporting, forecasting, and business analytics activities across our Sales and Supply Chain teams.

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including business analytics, sales support, finance, operations, or administrative reporting functions. Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $24 - $26/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales, forecasting, and operational reports to support business decision-making.
- Collect, enter, update, and maintain data within internal business systems and databases.
- Create, standardize, and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports for Sales, Supply Chain, and customers.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Build dashboards and data visualizations to support operational and commercial activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems and processes.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support additional reporting, analysis, and administrative projects as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis is essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present findings and communicate effectively with managers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Supply chain, logistics, or forecasting experience is a plus, but not required.
