Access Services Representative

To ensure timely access to care for patients, the full-time Access Services Representative will engage with physicians and patients, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain accurate documentation in a remote work environment for candidates located in the MA/CT area. Key responsibilities: Responds to requests from physicians and community providers to facilitate patient access to care Provides prompt and courteous appointment scheduling responses through various communication channels Engages directly with patients to support efficient appointment scheduling and ensure accurate clinic information Required qualifications: Two years of experience in a physician office or customer service setting Completion of a medical terminology course or willingness to complete one within the first year of hire GED or HiSET Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus Proficiency in using phone, computer, and related technology
