We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, recommend solutions, and get the job done right.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systemsRepair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, flush valves, water heaters, garbage disposals, backflow devices, valves, water meters, and related equipmentInstall plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipmentDiagnose and clear sewer and drain issuesInspect sewer and service lines using camera and diagnostic equipmentRespond to emergency plumbing calls, including clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas odors, and potential gas leaksComplete approved repairs and installations safely and efficiently according to industry standardsClearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customersComplete required service documentation and collect payment for completed workMaintain communication with dispatch throughout the workdayProperly maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventoryWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician/PlumberProven experience diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and/or commercial settingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage service calls efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, coworkers, and managementAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerDependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfactionValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to successfully complete a criminal background check and MVR review in accordance with company standardsWhy Join Stemmle Plumbing Repair?We're looking for skilled plumbers who want more than just another job.
