Client Support Specialist

Health Connect America is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for children, adults, and families accessing counseling and therapeutic services. You will manage calls, schedule appointments, verify information, and support referrals for in-home, in-office, and community-based care. Working closely with clinicians and community partners, you’ll ensure accurate documentation, protect client confidentiality, and provide compassionate, client-centered support that improves access to mental and behavioral healthcare services.
