• Hands-on Mechanical Experience: Previous experience setting molds, changing tooling, or operating blow molding/plastics machinery.

• Reliability & Efficiency: A track record of completing changeovers safely within target timeframes.

• Quality Focus: Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supports Mold Change Setter II in performing Mold Changes
  • Replaces heads and molds in Blow Molding equipment
  • Ensures Mold Changes are complete in defined timeframes
• Assists Mold Change Setter II to perform start-up and process in molds that have been used for established products to meet QA approval
• Maintains good and continuous communication with Supervisor, Maintenance and Mold Change Supervisor and Mold Change Setter II
• Working together in a Team
  • Ensures team works together as efficiently as possible
• Maintains good housekeeping within department
• Sit Down Forklift Operation

This position description is not all inclusive, you may be required to perfrom other duties as assigned. 

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
