Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will: Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. What You Bring: Licensed in Tennessee (required) 5+ years (all qualified applicants considered) Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills Detail-oriented, organized, and driven Multi-state licensure (preferred) Licensure to practice in Federal/Bankruptcy Courts (preferred) Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience (preferred) Location & Travel: Location: Remote-Tennessee Travel: Local court-related travel required Conditions of Work: Ability to sit or stand for long periods Ability to remain focused for extended periods Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling) Ability to multi-task Our firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
