We are proud of our reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and exceptional Mid-Level Associate Attorney with at least four years of litigation or other relevant experience to join our team and contribute meaningfully to our expanding commercial practice.Key Responsibilities:Handling pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions.Drafting legal documents including, but not limited to, bill of particulars and other pleadings, discovery motions, and appellate briefs.Managing the in-take of contract requests and conducting client interviews related to contracts.Perform legal research.Managing and settling disputes.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Apprising partners of material developments and matters on a timely basis.Exercising sound business and legal judgment.Demonstrating leadership skills in the support of a collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years New York litigation experience.Member in good standing of the New York State Bar.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Sound judgment and ability to manage cases.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary & Benefits:Salary range of $130,000 - $150,000, based on experience.Sponsorship for federal court admission.Reimbursement for bar association dues, professional registrations, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses, and other position-related expenses.Opportunity for remote work after three months of employment.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.Why Join Us?At Kahn Yuniver Law, you will gain valuable experience handling complex and meaningful litigation matters in a collaborative environment that values growth, innovation, and professional development.
