Associate Attorney

Minor | Keele | Parke (“MKP Law”), a Colorado law firm with offices in Denver and Fort Collins, seeks an attorney for its business and transactional practice working out of our Denver office located in the Denver Tech Center. Interested candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in business and mergers & acquisitions law. An LL.M. in tax law is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates should have excellent academic credentials; eager to learn and grow in their practice of law and to provide a client-first commitment to providing legal services. The candidate should have a keen interest in developing their skills in marketing and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a home with a long-term plan to continue to build and develop a robust business-related practice. The Salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
