Our attorneys handle complex, high exposure matters, including multimillion dollar losses, professional liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and other significant civil defense litigation. If you want to understand the entire case, not simply complete assignments, we would like to meet you. Danielle has extensive New Jersey litigation experience, including courtroom work, trial preparation, dispositive motion practice, appellate matters, and the preparation of fact and expert witnesses. Her approach to developing attorneys balances mentorship with autonomy . She will give you room to think, make decisions, and develop your own judgment. At the same time, she stays connected enough to provide guidance, help you strategize, and step in before you find yourself too far off course. The goal is not to micromanage you.
