Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, an understanding of the pre-suit and litigation process, and strong advocacy skills with personal injury trial experience. Ideal candidates will possess experience with preparing effective demands, conducting depositions and other discovery, mediations, legal research and preparing motions/briefs, and resolving cases including resolving lienholders/subrogation interests after settlement/trial. We have the most experienced team of lawyers in Collin County to effectively train you how to be an effective personal injury trial lawyer. We will also consider recent law school graduates who demonstrate a strong desire to help injury victims and try cases. Our firm’s culture is built on teamwork and treating each other with respect.
