Competitive pay. The successful candidate will dispense medications to residents at our Assisted Living community and oversee the care and medication needs of our Memory Care Wing. Immediate hire for the right person.Previous Medication Technician experience required.Responsibilities:Communicating with resident care director on resident changes, medication updates, etc.Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all timesFollowing all medication guidelines that were given in medication trainingPull, pour, assist residents with medicationsEnsure resident care is being done per assessment and documentingAssist with med-room tasksAssist and manage resident emergenciesHelp on the floor as a caregiver when necessaryQualificationsPrevious experience as a Med Tech or Certified Nursing AssistantPrevious supervisor or management experienceKnowledge of first aid and CPR proceduresAbility to stay calm in stressful situationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and multitask
