At Spartan Developments an AT&T Marketing Representative plays an important role in supporting customer acquisition, building client relationships, and promoting AT&T products and services. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and create positive customer experiences. Working alongside a collaborative sales and marketing team, you’ll receive ongoing training and development opportunities designed to help you grow professionally while contributing to company goals.

Pay: Weekly pay from 1,000-1,350 per week

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new leads through customer engagement and outreach initiatives
• Connect with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Deliver engaging presentations and communicate product features and benefits effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Promote AT&T products and services to increase brand awareness and customer interest
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of activities and sales efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, retail, or related fields is a plus but not required
• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present information confidently and professionally
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
