Administrative Assistant

Provides intermediate office or basic administrative support for a department. Responsibilities will include scanning color panels, entering electronic work request, entering color formulations into data base, filing and shipping of color panels.

Responsibilities:

• Use established system for tracking, monitoring and prioritizing of color formulas and panels.
• Preparing written / electronic communications with outside color labs.
• General administrative support such as scanning, entering work requests, closing work requests, and label generation.
• Serve as a backup admin support to other color lab.
• Entering detailed product formulations into internal color database
• Set up formulas for publication.
• Demonstrate the ability to display a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in communication both internally and with customers.
• Special projects and other assignments as directed by the team.

Requirements:

• Two years of clerical or office support experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
• Providing office and administrative support;
• Utilizing specialized or complex software;
• Compiling and maintaining information;
• Coordinating basic office operations;
• Providing customer service;
• PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required;
• Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
• No travel required.
