SENIOR FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION
Dallas, TX | Hybrid

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay Rate: $24.50–$31.75; based on experience

•Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Flexible for overtime based on business needs

ROLE IMPACT
Join a financial services team supporting financial advisors, their teams, and clients with day-to-day account servicing and operational needs. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for client requests, helping resolve questions related to brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transactions, and account servicing. Success means providing responsive customer service, maintaining accurate records, and taking ownership of requests through resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors, their teams, and clients, providing support from initial request through resolution.
• Assist with brokerage operations, advisory accounts, direct business, new account setup, transactions, and ongoing servicing needs.
• Process and support financial transactions, including journals, distributions, and check requests.
• Document, track, and follow up on service requests using CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Provide in-person and virtual training to clients, advisors, and peers, and assist with complex cases and escalations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of applicable experience with strong customer service, communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Financial transaction processing systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Series 7 license is not required; but a plus
• Call center experience with demonstrated problem-resolution, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing and platforms such as Orion and Envestnet.
• Securities licensing, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or other FINRA licensing.
