ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Full-Time Telemarketer — Lompoc, CA (State Farm) As a Telemarketer for Julia Tipolt State Farm, your creativity and strategy help drive the continued growth of our agency right here in the Lompoc area. Your outbound outreach supports our local community connections and strengthens existing customer relationships. Through targeted, cross-functional campaigns, you’ll help expand the value we deliver to customers—whether that’s through phone outreach, community event follow-ups, or social/marketing-driven leads. While promoting our team and the insurance/financial services we provide, you’ll gain valuable insights that support your career growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information Stay informed about the insurance products and services offered by State Farm Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions (CRM/data entry) Ensure all communications follow State Farm guidelines and applicable compliance standards Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling Represent the agency with a professional, courteous phone presence consistent with our local community approach in Solvang

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous telemarketing or sales experience (insurance experience is preferred ) Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable using CRM software Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Strong organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads Professional, courteous telephone manner Goal-focused mindset with a drive to contribute to agency growth BILINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS — HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Bilingual is a huge plus and you’re highly encouraged to apply —especially if you can serve customers in Spanish . #J-18808-Ljbffr Julia Tipolt
