Nutritional Aide (1451) Swainsboro, GA 30401 Overview Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Days 7A Education Level None Category Other Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for following patient menus accurately on the tray makeup line and for the proper cleaning and sanitation of soiled dishes, and pots and pans. Also responsible for the serving in the cafeteria. Back up for Nutritional Cashier Qualifications MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Prefer high school graduate or equivalent License: None required Experience: Prefer at least six months experience in public food service

PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day, lift and/or move up to 40 pounds . Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these sources to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Use of mechanical and technical equipment required for the responsibilities assigned.
