Client Services & Office Administrator (Part-Time English/Spanish) Enrique Carlos Farmers Insurance Agency We are looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our growing Farmers Insurance Agency in a part-time capacity. No insurance experience or license is required to start; what matters most is your drive, your people skills, and your willingness to learn and grow. What You’ll Do Client Services Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients calling, emailing, or walking in — in both English and Spanish Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage concerns, and general agency needs Help Spanish-speaking clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence, serving as a trusted bridge between the client and the agency Follow up with clients on renewals, outstanding documents, and policy changes Support client retention through consistent, caring communication Office Support Keep the office running smoothly — managing files, correspondence, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system Assist the agent and team with reports, mailings, and other operational needs Help coordinate client outreach, referral follow-ups, and community engagement efforts Your Growth Path This role is intentionally designed as a stepping stone.
