Harper & McCoy is growing, and we’re looking for a Family Law Associate Attorney who’s ready to step in, take ownership, and make a real impact. This is not a sit-back-and-observe role. This is for someone who wants to handle cases, appear in court, and advocate for clients from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Handling family law cases from start to finish Appearing in court on RFOs, hearings, and conferences Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery Advising clients through custody, support, and property issues Negotiating settlements and litigating when needed Managing your own caseload The Work Matters You’ll be representing first responders and their families—clients dealing with real-life, high-stakes situations. This isn’t volume for the sake of volume. This is strategic, meaningful family law work where your advocacy matters.
