District Service Manager II, CRM- PA/WNY

Medtronic seeks an experienced leader to manage the Cardiac Rhythm Management service team across Pennsylvania and Western New York. The District Service Manager will oversee clinical specialists, drive service strategy, and align resources with implant and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead CRM Service Team to deliver clinical expertise and support for implant and revenue goals
Coach, develop, and recruit CRM Clinical Specialists while building talent pipeline
Execute service strategies, programs, and key initiatives across the district
Drive operational efficiency and implement new service models
Partner with sales and stakeholders to align clinical resources with business priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience
3+ years of clinical management experience
2+ years of Medtronic CRM and/or EP service leadership experience
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technical services preferred
Business acumen and strategic execution capabilities

Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 base
