Overview

J OB SPECIFICS: \n

\n
• Established practice seeks a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician experienced or interested in population health to join our dedicated primary care team to serve a growing community and patient base
\n
• The team consists of 2 Physicians, 3 APPs, strong clinical support staff, and Care Managers to help at-risk patients
\n
• Multi-disciplinary clinic includes onsite lab, x-ray, and utilization of AI technology for note writing
\n
• Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with one evening per week 10 am-7pm and one half Saturday a month
\n
• Call is 1:14 with After-Hours Triage Call Service taking first call
\n
• No inpatient responsibilities
\n
• EPIC EMR
\n

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000.\n

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications \n

\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\n
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
\n
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
\n
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
\n
