We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. If you meet these requirements please don't hesitate to come in person to drop off a resume or text us at 9 for faster replies. Stellar Trailers is looking for someone long term to grow with.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- data input and output

- Accounts receivable and payable
- Giving customer sales quotes on trailers
- filing
- organization of receipts
- keeping updated with all business licensing

- Perform all other office tasks needed by Owner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
