Manager Level Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Manager Level Program Manager with deep expertise in bank fraud prevention to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will work independently and collaboratively with business and technology teams to drive program success.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead and manage program initiatives with autonomy and accountability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and strategy
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement solutions
- Apply functional expertise in bank fraud prevention to guide decision-making
- Oversee program execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive alignment across multiple teams and departments
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in program or project management
- Strong functional understanding of bank fraud prevention and detection
- Hands-on experience with Actimize
- Proven ability to work effectively with business and technology teams
- Experience in a program manager or similar leadership role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
