Documenting their locations with Accuracy.Practice Safe material handling.Count pieces put away and compare with the scanner.Ensure the items put away match with current stock.Make sure that each item has a label.Ensuring cleanliness of work area at the end of the day.Meet the expectation quota.Help other departments if needed.You Must HaveIntermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.Flexible attitude.Self-motivation and a determination to succeed.Ability to work to deadlines.Detail management.Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.A clean and organized work area.Willingness to work extended hours (Overtime) when needed.Goal-oriented mindset.The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.Physical RequirementsOccasionally: activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8 hour shift = less than 3 hours total time)Frequently: activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-hour shift = 3-5 hours total time)Constantly: activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-hour shift = 5-8 hours total time)What We DoAs a tech-forward company, CarParts.com is transforming the way drivers shop for auto parts to benefit today's digital consumers.
