Step into a day building tough, reliable equipment
Join E-Pak and spend your day creating heavy-duty products that work hard in the field. You’ll lay down clean, consistent MIG welds on mild steel and Hardox, fit parts from blueprints, and help turn raw steel into finished dumpsters, containers, roll-offs, trailers, and the occasional special project.
What you’ll build- Dumpsters
- Containers
- Roll-offs
- Trailers
- Special projects
- Follow all safety policies and maintain excellent attendance
- Deliver consistent weld quality on mild steel and Hardox
- Use hand and power tools confidently
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate plasma and torch cutting tools
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Maintain welding consumables
- Support quality control checks
- Apply fundamental fabrication skills
- Proficient with a tape measure
- Experienced with welding setups for production
- Comfortable reading and working from blueprints
- Hands-on MIG Welder experience (machines & technologies you’ll use)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
