About the Role:

Rick Hinderer Knives is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Shreve, OH. Responsibilities:

Assemble high-quality knives and components according to production specifications and quality standards

Inspect parts and finished products for defects, tolerances, and overall quality control

Use hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently

Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the production floor

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Report any equipment issues, defective materials, or process concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to use hand tools, small parts, and precision assembly equipment

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fine assembly tasks

Ability to stand, bend, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive work ethic

High school diploma or GED preferred
