Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Flint, MI
Full-Time | Adult Foster Care | Hybrid Schedule

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Adult Foster Care team dedicated to improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and dual diagnoses.
This is a unique opportunity to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes without the pressure of billing requirements. What You'll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) within Adult Foster Care homes
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans
Train and mentor direct care staff on behavior interventions and de-escalation techniques
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or dual diagnoses is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centered care
