Renewable Energy / Manufacturing Expansion We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our growing U.S. team and play a key role in supporting both our California commercial operations and our Texas manufacturing expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environments—especially within manufacturing, clean energy, or global expansion businesses. Key Responsibilities California sales & operation office (~20 employees) Texas greenfield manufacturing site (~300 employees planned) Drive large-scale manufacturing hiring and workforce planning for our San Antonio factory launch Build scalable HR systems, policies, onboarding, compensation structures, and employee relations processes Ensure compliance with California labor laws, including: AB5 PAGA Wage & hour regulations Meal & rest break compliance Pay transparency requirements Support expatriate employee relocation and cross-cultural integration for China-based assignees Partner closely with U.S. business leaders and global HR leadership teams What We’re Looking For 10+ years of HR experience Strong manufacturing HR background in the U.S. Experience supporting large-scale workforce buildouts (200+ employees preferred) Deep knowledge of California employment law Familiarity with OSHA / FLSA / employee relations practices Ability to work independently across multiple locations and time zones Chinese language skills are highly preferred Spanish language skills are a strong plus Why Join Us Be part of a major U.S. manufacturing buildout in the renewable energy sector Lead HR from “0 to 1” for a new factory operation Gain rare experience managing both California and Texas HR environments Join one of the fastest-growing global clean energy industries Strong long‑term growth potential into future HR leadership roles #J-18808-Ljbffr EcoFlare Energy Co., Ltd.
