Twisting Shift Leader

Responsibilities Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Twisting department. Organize shift schedules for team members. Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off. Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills. Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary. Train new and current team members on tasks. Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner. Assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems. Perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily. Prioritize and delegate tasks when appropriate. Identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Plan maintenance schedules for building systems. Display strong supervisory and leadership skills. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance (preferred). Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Twisting experience is required.
