Personal Banking Advisor (Blair County)

We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) for the Blair County area. The position is floating, supporting any of our Altoona-area branches as business needs require. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to commute between branches are mandatory. Floating PBAs receive compensation for travel time and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers when they visit the branch or call for assistance. Work hands‑on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. Build relationships with customers and connect them to products and services that support their financial goals. Help new customers become acquainted with the bank and its services. Perform a variety of day‑to‑day operational tasks, from basic cash handling to more complex transactions. Leverage talents and skill set to help achieve bank-wide goals. Passion for problem‑solving and working with people. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative work environment. Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank‑specific software. Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Visual and auditory skills.
