Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Location: In-Person (Medical Setting)
Job Type:   Full-Time
Pay: Competitive — Rate based on experience
Schedule: Full-time availability required;  some weekends required

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable  Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Front Office & Administrative Duties

• Greet and check in clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Handle general company inquiries
• Sort, send, and distribute mail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front office
• Stock office and medical supplies
• Run errands as needed
• Organize and maintain patient charts
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff

Financial Duties

• Process payments and transactions accurately

Work Environment

• Medical office setting
• Ergonomic workstation provided
• In-person position (no remote work)

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required
• Minimum of 1 year of reception or front desk experience required
• Professional references required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including some weekends
