• Oversee accounting tasks to ensure the timely submission of monthly financial reports.
• Perform and review monthly intercompany reconciliations while resolving discrepancies between the following: Inventory Transfers/Commercial Invoices, Management fees, Commissions, Compensation, Credit cards, FX impact, payments, and other items.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial packages and updating the financial files each month.
• Prepare and record journal entries in the JD Edwards accounting software.
• Gather FX rates for all international markets financial reporting needs.
• Perform Ad hoc reporting and special accounting projects upon request.
• Assist the International Controller with accounting tasks as needed.
• Support international markets with basic accounting questions and inquires.

• Position may telecommute one day per week from home within reasonable commuting distance of Lehi, Utah.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, CAS and chart of accounts.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international statutory audit process.
• Knowledge of consolidated financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of general ledger reconciliations and month-end and year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of intercompany reconciliations and allocations among complex entity structure including multiple entity and multiple international country knowledge (Asia Pacific countries, Europe and Russia).
• Knowledge of using JD Edwards accounting software for journal entries, trail balance, AP, AR, FX rate, bank reconciliations, fixed asset, product cost and transfer price management, intercompany sales.
• Knowledge of building and running financials, budget, and other reports in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, including creating pivot tables, vlookups, analysis chart, other basic formulas, and building reports with Office Connect.
• Knowledge of internal control application.

Salary (Annual): $76,000.00 - $80,000 Work Location: 1538 W Sandalwood Dr., Lehi, Utah 84043, Position may telecommute one day per week from home within reasonable commuting distance of Lehi, Utah.
