What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Primary Care Physician Assistant to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Elevate Patient-Centered Outcomes: Drive clinical excellence by managing a dedicated daily volume of 18–21 patients, utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to optimize health outcomes and maximize long-term patient satisfaction. Collaborative Team Care: Partner seamlessly within an established care team structure consisting of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner under a supportive supervising physician model. Practice Environment: Deliver high-quality care in a 100% outpatient clinic setting equipped with a modern, web-based AthenaHealth EMR system. Call Structure: Maintain an excellent work-life balance with minimal shared call responsibilities. Network Integration: Collaborate with a robust regional network featuring over 50 Family Medicine and Internal Medicine colleagues alongside an extensive local roster of employed specialists. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physician Assistant credentialed from the Indiana Physician Assistant Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Orthopedic Physician Assistant preferred. Education: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master\'s degree preferred. Work Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
