What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Salon Managers to build strong teams and achieve outstanding results.
• Create positive salon cultures where team members feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.
• Recruit, develop, and retain stylists across multiple salon locations.
• Lead the team while cutting behind the chair 25 hours per week 
• Partner with managers to drive performance, solve challenges, and celebrate wins.
• Support underperforming salons with hands-on coaching and actionable improvement plans.
• Lead by example, staying connected to salon operations and stepping in when support is needed.
• Ensure a consistent guest experience and execution of company standards across all locations.
• Build future leaders and help create career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
