The RoleWorking in our Investor Center, you will develop customized financial plans utilizing a wide range of products, services, and Fidelity's planning tools. Your good judgment and keen product knowledge will guide you. Instead of spending your time sourcing new customers, you will engage with existing clients and warm leads, which will allow your focus to remain where it matters most: providing investment solutions and growing relationships with a dedicated local advisor. In this role you will work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest. By skillfully working with Fidelity's planning and guidance resources, you will present and implement solutions that suit the client's needs. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.The base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $74,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
