Our client, a well-regarded law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury caseloads from intake through settlement, mediation, or trial

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents

Request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing documentation; prepare chronologies

Handle healthcare lien reductions and prepare settlement statements

Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics; prepare trial and mediation binders

Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel

E-file with Florida state courts and CM/ECF for federal matters

Support attorneys with case status tracking and deadline management

Qualifications

5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense)

Strong working knowledge of Florida civil procedure and e-filing systems

Experience with medical record review, lien negotiation, and settlement statement preparation

Proficiency with case management and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, Summation, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload
