We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive  Litigation Paralegal to join our client's personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process and understands the unique demands of personal injury cases.

This position will play an integral role in managing cases from the initial stages of litigation through settlement, mediation, trial, and/or resolution. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple deadlines, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and taking ownership of day-to-day case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from filing through settlement, mediation, trial, or other resolution.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including reviewing, organizing, and maintaining discovery responses and supporting documentation.
• Prepare deposition and trial materials, exhibits, medical records, summaries, and litigation binders.
• Obtain, organize, and review medical records, bills, employment records, insurance information, and other case-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and calendars, including court deadlines, discovery deadlines, depositions, hearings, and trial dates.
