Federal Litigation Associate - Maritime & Personal Injury Defense

Foreman Friedman is hiring an experienced litigation associate for its Miami office. This attorney will take meaningful responsibility for federal and state cases involving maritime and admiralty claims, personal injury defense, negligent security, medical negligence, and other complex civil matters. Our associates work directly with partners and sophisticated institutional clients, including major cruise and shipping lines, international insurers, P&I clubs, and companies in the travel and hospitality industries. About the Role This is an opportunity to manage cases, take depositions, argue motions, develop strategy, and build real courtroom experience. Responsibilities Manage cases Argue motions Build real courtroom experience Qualifications At least three years of litigation experience Required Skills Sound judgment Ability to move cases forward independently Preferred Skills Experience in maritime and admiralty claims Experience in personal injury defense Experience in medical negligence Experience in complex civil matters Pay range and compensation package Salary: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
