Pre-Suit Maritime Attorney

This is an opportunity to grow and develop your maritime litigation practice at one of the pre-eminent litigation firms in the country. Our law firm's competitive compensation includes a base salary, monthly bonuses based on KPIs, and uncapped bonuses for generating business, as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each Pre-suit Attorney will have a case staff assisting them, including multiple dedicated case managers. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Guide clients through the case process Drafting of pre-litigation documents Review of liability Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage a team of Case Managers EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association Maritime or personal injury experience Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Desire to become part of a team
