Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre‑Suit Maritime Attorney in Miami, Florida. This role offers an opportunity to develop a maritime litigation practice within a leading litigation firm. The position includes support from a dedicated case staff and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Duties Handle all pre‑litigation work daily. Guide clients through the case process. Draft pre‑litigation documents. Review liability and oversee settlement negotiations. Manage a team of Case Managers. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. Experience in maritime or personal injury law. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals. Desire to be part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
