Draft pre-litigation documents. Review liability and oversee settlement negotiations. Manage a team of Case Managers. Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association. Experience in maritime or personal injury law. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Desire to be part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Member of the Florida State Bar. Skills Strong communication and client service skills. Leadership and team management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
