We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Pre-Suit and Litigation team. Whether you have experience in plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, prosecution, or another litigation practice, we are willing to train the right attorney who is eager to learn, work hard, and build a successful career representing injured clients. What You'll Do Depending on your experience, you'll handle pre-suit matters, litigation matters, or both, with mentorship and training provided throughout your development. Your responsibilities may include: Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation. Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and overall case value. Develop legal strategies designed to maximize client recovery. Prepare persuasive settlement demand packages. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as your experience develops. Counsel clients regarding settlement, litigation, and trial strategy. Work closely with case managers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain accurate file documentation and comply with deadlines and firm procedures. Qualifications Required Active member of The Florida Bar. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong work ethic and commitment to client service. Ability to exercise sound legal judgment and manage cases responsibly. Preferred Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, prosecution, or another litigation practice. Plaintiff personal injury experience. Spanish speaking is a plus.
