Litigation Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an  Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling  personal injury matters , with  premises liability experience strongly preferred .

While construction-related experience is a plus,  it is not required . We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced practice.

Requirements

• Experience handling  personal injury matters
• Premises liability experience preferred
• Construction experience is a plus, but  not required
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
