You will handle a broad docket—contract disputes, business torts, partnership conflicts—while working closely with senior litigators and clients in a visible, partner-track position. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial litigation (contracts, business torts, partnership disputes). Draft complaints, answers, discovery, dispositive motions, and settlement agreements. Take and defend depositions; conduct mediations and court hearings. Perform targeted legal research and craft case strategy with senior counsel and clients. Manage discovery (requests, ESI coordination, privilege reviews). Evaluate litigation risks and propose resolution pathways. Track developments in Florida commercial litigation to refine tactics. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting. Strong writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence. Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. JD from an accredited law school. Florida Bar required and in good standing. Organized, detail-focused, and confident with client communication.
