Litigation Associate Attorney - First Party Property

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. First Party property experience preferred but not required. Your Day-to-Day Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, prepare reports for clients, perform legal research and assist in mediation and trial preparation. Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements. Qualifications Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Previous experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, 1st Party Property, a plus Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass.
