Miami Office Attorney PositionThe Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team. Prior insurance defense experience is required.The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters involving premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, and pre-suit claims. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and established practice.Your Day to Day:Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.Manage and advance cases through various stages of the litigation process.Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and other parties.Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
