We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our team in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities: Assist with drafting, proofreading and formatting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Assist in trial preparation, including discovery and document review. Participate in client meetings, depositions, and potentially court appearances. Manage a caseload under the guidance of senior attorneys. Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development. Maintain organized case files and ensuring compliance with all legal and firm procedures. ** ****** Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Requirements: J.D. from ABA-accredited law school Admission and good standing with the State Bar of Texas 3-5 years of relevant experience, including clerkships, internships, or practice experience Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package.
