Duties

Perform the full range of receptionist and clerical duties.

Retrieve information and data from automated systems as needed.

Maintain patient appointment or admission schedules.

Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact.

Monitor the messaging system at the department.

Maintain patients' records, both electronic and paper.

Respond to emergency calls.
