What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans for communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records
• Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on patient care strategies
• Support and supervise CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
• Adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, code of ethics, and regulatory guidelines

What You Need

• Valid ASHA Certification and State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in LTC or SNF settings
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
