Labcorp is seeking a Business Operations & Communications Analyst to join our team!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 530pm Eastern Standard Time

Location: 531 S Spring Street Burlington North Caroliana 27215

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Organizational Operations & Leadership Support 

• Maintain departmental roadmaps, priority trackers, milestones, and planning documents.
• Support leadership planning processes, operational reviews, and governance activities.
• Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, create agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Provide operational support to the Vice President and leadership team.
• Quickly learn, adopt, and effectively utilize new software platforms, business applications, and technology tools to support operational efficiency, organizational initiatives, and evolving business needs.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings with leaders, stakeholders, vendors, and support teams; develop agendas, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked to completion.
• Coordinate and engage internal support services and cross-functional partners (e.g., IT/ Technology, HR, Training, Process Excellence, and PMO resources) as needed to successfully execute projects, resolve issues, and deliver departmental objectives.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

• Maintain and organize SharePoint sites, SOP libraries, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure operational documentation remains current and accessible.
• Establish processes for document governance, version control, and information management.
• Support creation of organizational playbooks and reference materials.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Develop leadership communications, presentations, updates, and organizational announcements.
• Support communication strategies related to organizational initiatives and change efforts.
• Prepare presentation-ready materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Project Coordination & Change Support 

• Support planning, coordination, and tracking of departmental initiatives and strategic projects.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with change management, readiness, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Minimum Qualifications Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 

• 2 years or more years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, customer experience, quality, or contact center operations.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience supporting senior leaders or large operational organizations. 

• Experience with project management, governance, or change management.

The Business Operations Analyst serves as a central coordinating resource for the CCC leadership team, helping bring structure, consistency, and visibility to key initiatives, communications, and organizational priorities across a 900-person organization.

Pay Range: 70K - 85K

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
